Research Focus

University of Minnesota Physician orthopedic surgeon Bradley Nelson, M.D., is an expert in sports medicine. He specializes in treating knee injuries, including those sustained to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and medial collateral ligament (MCL), as well as shoulder injuries. Nelson treats a variety of patients, ranging from youth players to Minnesota’s top professional athletes. He also serves as medical director of Gopher Sports, and is a trainer for the men’s hockey and basketball teams.
