Research Focus
Dr. Cerra is an accomplished researcher, clinician and administrator. Dr. Cerra was named senior vice president for health sciences in 1996 and continued to serve through 2010. Additionally, he was the first to hold the dual position of senior vice president and dean of the Medical School, roles the University combined in July 2009.
