Research Focus

Dorscher’s research focuses on building diversity in health and medical fields. Her primary research interests include researching strategies of successful minority faculty development programs, and creating opportunities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds to develop the skills needed to successfully compete, enter and graduate from health professions schools.
