Patient care

You are here

Innovations for patient care happen at academic medical centers like the University of Minnesota Health, University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview and University of Minnesota Physicians. Physicians, dentists, pharmacists, and veterinarians in an academic setting develop the medical breakthroughs that constantly redefine health care.

Whether your condition is common or complex, we understand every patient is unique, and we treat everyone who walks through our doors as a priority. Since 1930, we have been at the forefront of patient care, education, and teaching. We are recognized as one of the premier academic health centers in the country.

Medical care

Medical CareOur doctors, many of whom are faculty at the University of Minnesota Medical School, engage in collaborative patient care, breakthrough research, and the training of tomorrow’s physicians. They pioneer efforts to discover treatments for some of today's most complex conditions at clinics throughout the metro area.

Doctors and nurses at University of Minnesota Health deliver care for chronic and acute conditions in hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
